Allied Domecq Duty Free: A Miami-based subsidiary of a global wine and spirits company was pursuing new market opportunities across Duty Free channels in the Caribbean. We facilitated a pan-regional strategic planning meeting to focus on the major team goals and assess how resources would be allocated. We trained managers in a process analysis method to zero in on inefficient processes that, if re-engineered, could save time and money.

Anaphiel Foundation: In conjunction with faculty and administrators at the University of Miami and Columbia University, we developed a strategy, an operating plan, budgets and job descriptions to launch a multidisciplinary graduate program that would better serve the needs of media producers and artists.

Arts for Learning: We helped this fast-growing education organization develop a 5-year plan by measuring current performance and customer appetite for new programs and services. The client now has a quantitative basis to evaluate various growth opportunities at the local, regional and national level.

Azuero Earth Project: An environmental non-profit based in Panama needed to home in on program priorities and determine an appropriate staffing plan to ensure sustainability. We are currently recruiting the development professional who can raise awareness and support for AEP's mission.

Beam Global: A global wine and spirits company launched a new Commercial Unit in Mexico to manage a portfolio of more than 60 brands. We mapped 75 operational processes throughout the supply chain to create effective inter-relationships with distribution partners, advertising agencies and the distilleries. We defined job functions and the reporting structure as well as a dashboard of key performance indicators to support the management team.

Christie's: The auction house sought to optimize its web site to better serve new and existing customers worldwide. We conducted usability testing and reviewed best practices across various industries. We supported Christie's objective to enhance interactivity on the site by creating richer user profiles based on preferences and past transactions.

Citigroup Art Advisory Service: A division of the Private Bank, the Art Advisory Service had little market research to inform a new communications strategy. Following a survey of clients and usability testing with private bankers, we were able to clarify the brand equities and define the scope of content and site architecture. Fast Forward managed the development of the web site and a CRM application.

Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros: This cultural initiative depended on a creative approach that could speak to international audiences with varying degrees of knowledge. Ms. Rabbino mapped the site architecture, and identified the design, editorial and technology team to produce this "virtual museum" where visitors can explore the world's pre-eminent private collection of contemporary and modern art from Latin America.

Collectify: This software developer provides a premier collection management tool to those who wish to document and manage valuable property. The company required better defined roles and performance-based measures to respond to growth opportunities with strategic partners in the insurance sector. We conducted a Planning Retreat to draft 2-year strategic goals and an operating plan.

Cool Hunting: This publisher has achieved meaningful brand equity and robust ad sales that distinguish it in the cluttered online environment. We looked at trends in the market to evaluate current and alternative revenue models that leverage its insight into a niche, hard-to-reach audience of opinion leaders.

Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc.: We assisted the CFDA, the largest fashion trade association in the U.S., to incorporate the web within a coordinated marketing and communications plan. Our research helped determine the functionality and resources that would best serve its membership online.

East River Development Alliance: Adjacent to the nation's largest public housing project, ERDA offers college prep, workforce development and financial fitness programs to serve 10,000 residents. We were retained to shore up operational processes that will improve program delivery, customer service and evaluation. Additionally, we are mapping core functions to enable the successful replication of these programs at four more public housing developments in the next two years.

Echoing Green: A leader in the social entrepeneurship sector sought a more robust assessment tool to evaluate the impact of its major programs and services. We worked with staff to identify goals, key objectives and measurable outcomes for each program and then, integrated those outcomes into a "balanced scorecard" that can be utilized by staff and Board alike.

Fred Friendly Seminars: Located at the Columbia School of Journalism, this organization produces programs for television broadcast and private clients. Seminars, featuring expert decision-makers, aim at examining thorny ethical dilemmas that we grapple with as a society. FFS charged us with developing a product that is in tune with younger audiences who react and respond within the new paradigms of participatory media.

Frontier Markets: As a mentor for the Global Social Venture Competition hosted by Columbia Business School, Ms. Rabbino collaborated with a team that is dedicated to creating the most efficient and cost-effective model for BOP market entry in India. Ms. Rabbino accompanied the team to implement a proof-of-concept trial in northern Karnataka and, together, we fare exceeded performance benchmarks.

Harvard University Graduate School of Design: Ms. Rabbino recommended an approach to overhaul the existing 50,000-page web site. As Information Architect and Technical Liaison, she worked closely with the design team to revamp the site.

Holy Cross Hospital: An orthopedic surgeon will launch a concierge practice. We detailed an operational scenario that ensures a first-rate customer service experience in addition to the best surgical outcomes for patients. We worked with the physician practice and the hospital administration to identify cost-effective solutions to typical patient complaints.

John S. and James L. Knight Foundation: The Director of the $15 million National Venture Fund commissioned a draft Strategic Plan which included recommendations for selection, management and evaluation of grants. We helped define funding initiatives to foster civic engagement among naturalized citizens, students and other targeted populations.

Kramer Design Group: This NY-based design firm diversified its service offering to compliment a well-established expertise in store design. Together with the executive management team, we developed a strategy and operating scenario to offer brand management to existing and new clients.

Kristi House: An organization serving sexually abused children in Dade County needed a new facility in which social services could be co-located. We worked with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to develop a strategy and to clarify the impact of expansion on operations.

Lehmann Maupin Gallery: One of New York's premier contemporary art galleries has undertaken a major expansion of its Chelsea venue, opening a second space on the Lower East Side, to showcase more work by emerging and acclaimed artists. We defined the long-range strategy and an operating plan to respond to the increasingly international art market.

Muse Networks, Inc.: A start-up daily syndicate service producing a wide spectrum of news about the arts needed a two-year operating plan, a budget forecast and a senior management team to execute the business plan. After recruiting the executive team, we designed the technology infrastructure and the customer interface (a web site) for the distribution of daily news to digital and print outlets.

Museum of Arts & Design: The pre-eminent American institution in its field, the museum doubled its exhibition space and programs at its new landmark location on 2 Columbus Circle. We worked with Board, staff and external consultants to insure that operations are scalable and aligned to its unique position in the cultural landscape of New York City.

National Check Trust: With a new Chief Executive Officer and significant market opportunity, one of the largest check guaranty companies in the nation used the strategic planning process to build consensus around key priorities. We worked with the executive team to sharpen the brand focus; to evaluate the product development cycle; and, to create milestones to maintain the level of responsiveness through a period of growth and change.

Oxygen Media: Ms. Rabbino served as Project Manager to implement their $27.4 million co-branding deal with AOL. Oxygen content was served to ten web channels. 27 team participants were located in New York, Seattle and Washington, DC.

Performing Art Center of Miami: Based on her extensive research in the field, Ms. Rabbino recommended a sustainable digital arts program for the 7-story Art Deco Tower on the PAC campus. The feasibility study addresses how to use interactive media to enhance live performances and as a means of attracting new audiences.

Plum TV: A 24-hour network of local television channels in five markets is growing quickly. We mapped and re-designed processes to standardize programming and scheduling across the channels. The processes enable scalability for additional markets.

Qatar National Food Security Programme: A far-reaching, government-sponsored effort to achieve food security in this Gulf country required an administrative infrastructure to produce a Master Plan in 2 years. We assessed the current capability gaps and created a staffing plan to coordinate the activities of stakeholders including Qatar's national agencies and private sector businesses, universities and non-governmental organizations abroad.

Resnicow Schroeder Associates: A strategic communications firm is contemplating the evolution of print, broadcast and interactive media platforms; and, how social media, in particular, might benefit a wide range of their cultural clients. We organized a two-day professional development retreat which included a panel of industry analysts and journalists to explore the future of media relations and user-generated content.

Siegel Gas and Oil Corp.: A $9 million propane gas company based in Miami and Palm Beach needed help changing the culture of an owner-operated business founded in the 1930's. We facilitated a planning process to assess company performance and identify new opportunities. Ms. Rabbino counseled managers to cultivate open communication that, in turn, has improved workflow efficiency and accountability in daily business practices.

United Jewish Communities: An umbrella organization sought an in-depth study of the most effective collaborative relationships among Jewish philanthropies in 32 communities across the country. We worked with Bussel Philanthropy to identify best practices in various strategic and operating areas.

Vantage Properties LLC: This real estate developer acquired dozens of properties in Queens, Washington Heights and Harlem. Acting as interim Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Rabbino worked closely with the leasing, legal, property management, construction and security divisions to implement operational processes and real-time reporting to support the ongoing growth strategy.
